Help Support Sunrise Elementary!

Dear English Hill Friends and Neighbors,

It is time to kick the Sunrise Auction planning into full gear. Our bi-annual auction is a fun and extremely successful fundraiser for our PTA and we're excited again about the possibilities for 2010. This year's auction, "Plant a Seed... Grow a Future", will be held on Friday, March 26th, 2010 at the Redmond Town Center Marriott. Mark your calendars and look for an invitation coming soon!

One of our goals this year is to involve as many parents, families, and community members as possible to help make this year's event a huge success. With the economic downturn, many businesses are struggling to make ends meet and are no longer able to donate to our auction as they have in the past. It is more important than ever before that our Sunrise families think about what they can donate to make this auction a success. Our goal is to have every Sunrise family donate something to the auction.

Another way for you or your small business to participate, for $500 you can put your company name & advertising on ALL tables to demonstrate your support of education and the community. In addition to reaching everyone with your advertising, you'll also receive recognition in our auction catalog and during our pre-auction slideshow to the entire audience.

In 2008, our school auction raised enough money to fund significant programs such as our School Science Lab, our Summer Literacy Academy, new computers and technology upgrades for our classrooms, books for leveled libraries in each classroom, as well as enrichment and teacher classroom funds. By channeling your generous contributions into one event, the Sunrise community can again help to enrich our children's educational opportunities.

Sunrise Elementary is a 501C3 non-profit charitable institution and your donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our tax ID number is 91-1286397. Our deadline date for inclusion in the auction catalog is February 27th, 2010.
