Thank you so very much for all your assistance. You did a lot of computer work, leg work and telephone time with agents, financial agencies and me all within basically a two month span to accomplish what you achieved.
Finding a buyer for the home I could no longer afford within a week after listing was phenomenal. That took great talent and hard work on your part! Then you then found a replacement property that was within my financial reach.
With me living out of state, only vaguely familiar with the area and depending totally on your knowledge and persistence; I now have a home to move into without it being a financial burden.
