1st Quarter 2014
We have started the year off very strong, with low inventory and brisk sales across all price ranges!
Closed Sales Below 700k: This segment of our market has been unusually low on inventory, compared to demand. What few homes that have come to market, have been snatched up quickly by a long list of waiting buyers.
Closed Sales Above 700k: This section has seen more inventory in the first quarter comparatively, but is also showing brisk sales. Several homes that were on the market last year and did not sell, have come back in the new year and quickly secured buyers. This is a strong indicator that buyer demand is greater in this segment of the market then it was just a few months ago.
