Pricing & Negotiations: Our first sale was in a down market and we received 3 offers, selling our home for more than the list price. This time, the market favored a seller. We listened to Tony’s advice and priced our home to attract an auction. In doing so, Tony was able to generate 9 offers for our condo and sold it WELL BEYOND OUR WILDEST DREAMS!
The Process: Because of the team surrounding Tony, we were kept updated almost daily on all aspects of the process. Our questions were answered promptly and Alise was a delight to work with! We always felt our questions and concerns were a high priority to them.
