Tony and his team have been our real estate agents through two house purchases (including our first) and one sale. In that 11 year span, he and his team have exceeded every expectation we ever had about real estate agents and the home-buying process in general. Even between transactions, Tony has always been available to help us with our homeownership questions and ready to recommend resources if he couldn’t just answer a question himself. Multiple times Tony would meet with us in person, just coming out to our house to talk over something we were wrestling with. Even when we sold one of our houses to a builder without an agent, Tony was still willing to help guide us in moments where we needed more information or just a second opinion.
At every step of the process, for every house we’ve owned, Tony has been willing to go the extra mile to help us. I was going to write “provide great service” in that previous sentence, but it honestly sounded too much like marketing lingo to describe Tony’s involvement. He’s always been helpful. From answering simple question about home maintenance, to linking us up with contractors for a major renovation, to teaching us about market forces, to guiding us through all of our transactions – and even helping connect us with a new agent in another state when we moved out of Washington – Tony and his team have been there, sometimes at a moment’s notice, and always happy to help.
We could not have asked for a better person to guide us through the sometimes confusing, frequently difficult, and always complicated process of buying and selling a home. We will always be grateful for his presence in our homeownership journey.
Thanks for everything, Tony (and team, of course!). We wouldn’t be as knowledgeable and successful through all of this if not for you. We genuinely appreciate everything you’ve done for us.
