Tony, Your service level was great. You always answered my questions with honest answers. I was especially impressed with the people and companies that you recommended for getting the house ready to sell. They were professional and did what they said they would do when they said that they would do it. Thanks again Tony.

Purchased a larger home in Langtree Estates and needed to sell Sunrise home on English Hill

Our experience with Tony Meier as our real estate agent was extraordinary. From our first meeting to our last, Tony epitomized professionalism, character and honest straight talk. His carefully laid out marketing strategy for our home was executed with precision and creativity. I had family members from the Midwest who were selling their home at the same time as we were and they couldn’t believe our realtor provided us with a dedicated website, professionally produced video and social networking buzz… when all they were working with was a flyer on their front porch. Patrick and I felt like we were in the best hands possible to sell our home. Tony’s knowledge and expertise resulted in our home selling in 2 days with multiple offers.
In our years of buying and selling homes, Tony Meier is the best we have ever worked with – responsive, professional, creative, honest and results driven. Thank you for your excellence, Tony and for exceeding our expectations on the sale of our home.

Hello Tony,
We wanted to thank you again for all your help with the sale of our home. Your time and commitment to us was amazing. Thanks for giving us the time and attention to help us with every question, every phone call and every meeting.
Your state-or-the-art marketing covered every base. Our home was presented in every market and we couldn’t have asked for more exposure. There was never a question whether anything more could be done. You did it all.
Tony, we are glad we had you in this adventure!
You ARE – “The Hardest Working’ Man In Real Estate”

Real Estate Broker Testimonial – Bellevue
I met Tony a few years ago when I first considered selling my Bellevue home. I had asked three realtors for their input. Tony continued to follow up with friendly and useful mailings describing the general sales climate.
When we were again ready to sell, I had already determined that Tony was the right choice for me. Tony helped me with solid competitive data to price the home, advice on staging, helped me determine where and how much to invest in getting the home ready for sale, and he has a “stable” of very good specialists who helped me through the flurry of preparatory tasks.
When the home was ready to show, Tony used a professional photographer (Tony Meier) to create a still and video “virtual tour” of our home. It made our home look really, really good.
We listed the home on a Friday and had six full-price offers by Monday. We enjoyed a small bidding war that boosted our sales price up above our expectations. Escrow closed in a month.
Tony is a solid numbers guy; he pays attention to the details with excellent service to his clients, and he’s a very likeable guy. He helped focus us on the tasks that gave us the most “bang for the buck”.
Moving is a daunting task in today’s real estate market. Tony made it a lot easier. Thanks!

Sunrise – MSP TESTING TO BEGIN MAY 3 – 3RD through 6th Grades
A week from now, students will commence the Measurement of Student Progress (MSP) assessments, not only at Sunrise, but also across our state.
Our students have worked hard all year long in all of the academic areas, and this is an opportunity for them to see the positive results of their hard work. I trust you will encourage your child to come prepared and to give their very best effort.
Gary Keeler, Principal at Bear Creek, sent out the following tips to ensure that students are ready to try their best during testing:
The night before the test
1. Consider talking about the test to reassure and encourage your child. At the same, don’t dwell on the subject, as you may cause your child to worry unnecessarily.
2. Let your child know that you know tests can be hard, but that taking them provides a chance to show how well he or she can do. The test will help teachers understand how well the school is doing. Be encouraging.
3. Consider playing an educational game like Scrabble or Twenty Questions to help your child get into the testing spirit.
The morning of the test:
1. Have your child get up early enough to avoid hurrying. Being on time for school is important.
2. Have your child eat a good breakfast, but not a heavy one.
3. Don’t appear unconcerned about the testing. While your child needn’t be afraid of tests, he or she needs to understand the importance of testing.
After the test:
1. Talk with your child about what was learned from the test. What would he or she do differently if the test could be taken over?
2. When you get the test results for your child, don’t compare his or her performance with that of your friends’ or neighbor’s children.
3. Please don’t hesitate to discuss with the teacher any questions that you or your child has about testing.
For more details on the testing schedule see the Sunriser
Vandalism Continues at Sunrise Elementary!
For the 3rd time this school year, vandals have struck at Sunrise!
In the fall, some of the portables at the rear of the campus were broken into and instruments stolen including a guitar, banjo and a 100 year old drum pedal from Mr Rowe’s classroom.
On February 5th, 2011 – vandals spray painted several areas at the school.
On Friday April 15th, 2011 – vandals struck again, painting at least 15 areas at the school. Below is a link to the photos.

It appears as if some graffiti is the same as the February event. According to Sunrise staff, these tag signatures below were also present at the taggings in February.

Here are the tags from February. Both events included the F-word.
Our comminity school needs your help! Given the writing of the Principal’s name and that of a retired teacher, it is likely this is the work of children who either attend Sunrise or who have in the past. Please show these pictures to your children. If they recognize any of this graffiti, please contact the King County Sheriff’s Department at:
Case number with King Co. Sheriff is 11-080025
