Dear Tony,

I want to express how very much I appreciate the excellent and professional job you did to help me find the house I’ve recently purchased.  I couldn’t have asked for a better advocate.  You listened to my wish to stay in a certain specific neighborhood and understood my financial situation—but you also “thought out of the box” when you brought to my attention a split level house that has turned out to be perfect for my needs (though initially, I was sure I wanted a rambler).  It’s that kind of initiative I appreciate so much.

Every aspect of this purchase went smoothly due to your hard work on my behalf.  I couldn’t be happier!  And I’ll be forever grateful to my daughter for recommending you to me.

I have had an outstanding experience working with Tony. That isn’t a comment I make lightly. Tony provided great and frequent communication on the market and trends, as well as my own house. He was very responsive to my questions… No matter how basic they may have seemed.

Given the active market at the time of my house sale, I knew that Tony was very busy. But he always made me feel like I was his only customer.

He went beyond the call of duty by even providing me with some quality cleaner that I didn’t have. All of his help was toward helping prepare my house for the highest possibly resale price.

Once our place was on the market, he helped me strategize to get the maximum value. He was also honest and conscientious enough to tell me the truth even when he knew it wasn’t what I wanted to hear.

In the end, I believe I got top dollar for my house. This day and age, it’s nice to work with someone that I felt could be trusted completely. I very highly recommend Tony to anyone. He really goes to bat for his clients.
