FIRST, let me be clear in saying that Carol and I were EXTREMELY satisfied with every aspect of our association with you and your team! We would be hard pressed to think of something we would ask you to change!
Having lived in English Hill since 1986, I was quite familiar with the Tony Meier name and reputation of being the ‘expert’ regarding home sales and purchases within the community. When we were ready to relocate we quickly concluded we wanted to talk with Tony first. After visiting with him in our home on the same day we called we knew without question we wanted Tony Meier to handle our move, and we were not disappointed in any way. I recall saying that evening that he was quite the salesperson … to which he responded that he really did not think of himself as a ‘salesperson’ … but rather a facilitator. I thought, “Yeah, right, but you are a salesperson”. In retrospect, I agree with him … he FACILITATED every aspect of our sale, and purchase. I did not feel, even one time, that I was being ‘sold’ on any question or decision on which we consulted him, and we used his knowledge of how various decisions would impact our sale on a number of issues.
I’m not sure when, if ever, Tony sleeps, … he responded to every text, email or phone call within minutes, day or night, weekday or weekend and Carol and I used each of those methods on numerous occasions. Following the sale of our home, on which we had a an agreement for a full price offer within five days, Tony worked with us on the purchase of our new home with the same enthusiasm he showed for the sale.
An extremely important aspect of the sale/purchase is all the ‘paperwork’ (in our case virtually all handled electronically). Tony was there every step with explanations when needed. The agreement and the closing is rather complex, but in our deals was handled without issue … do in large measure to Tony and his team.
